0.35 l | Beef stock |
15 g | Cubes of cooked ham |
1 | Small onion |
100 g | Crème fraîche |
60 g | Flour |
60 g | Butter |
0.05 l | White wine |

Muscat | |
Pepper | |

Preparation
Sauté the cubed ham in butter and sweat the diced onion in the same preheated pot, dust with flour, then add beef stock, cream, white wine and crème fraîche. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Season to taste.
